[PERIPH] Personal Computer Memory Card International Association. Format de carte d'extension ultra-plat, dédié aux portables. Utilisable en plug-and-play. Il en existe deux sorte, numérotées 1 et 2. La deuxième comporte trois sous-type, I, II et III, différenciés par leur épaisseur (respectivement 3.3, 5, 10.5 mm). Voir aussi PC Card.
